To Our Friends
This is an exciting time as the Westchester Choral Society is in its 75th season as a key creator of Westchester County’s vibrant cultural life. Over the years we have performed works by composers from Bach to Britten in a variety of locations throughout the county.
We are an organization of volunteer singers. We must rely on our members and friends for support if we are to continue to perform great choral music and to bring it to local audiences. Our substantial dues and ticket sales provide only about half of our annual expenses, which include the cost of rehearsal, concert venues and fees for our musicians and soloists. We rely on your support and value your presence at our concerts. Will you help us celebrate this birthday and add your name to our list of donors? Since we are a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization, your contribution is tax-deductible to the full extent of the law.
The following is a list of Annual Fund categories of support (our fiscal year runs from September through August):
Conductor's Circle: $1500 and over
President's Club: $1000 - $1499
Benefactor: $750 - 999
Friend: up to $99
All contributors will, with the contributor’s consent, be acknowledged in our concert programs and on the WCS website. Contributors at $500 and over will receive a WCS tote bag as a thank-you gift. Contributors at the Benefactor level and above will have the opportunity to place an ad in the concert program. Members of the Conductor’s Circle will be able choose between an invitation to dinner with the Music Director or to conduct WCS in a 3-5 minute piece at a future concert.

A Message From Our President
Our Annual Fund drive remains a vital source of income that permits us to continue to attract audiences in Westchester and the surrounding communities in order to maintain our reputation for excellence. The joy of performing great choral music always presents its challenges. We are volunteer singers. Our substantial dues and ticket sales provide only about half of our annual expenses which include the cost of rehearsal and concert venues and fees for our musicians and soloists. We rely on your kind support as much as your presence at our concerts. May we continue to count on you and add your name to our list of donors this season? Since we are a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization, your contribution is tax-deductible to the extent of the law.
Please include your company’s Matching Gift form. Thank you for your generosity.
We look forward to seeing you at our next concert. Click here for details on our concerts for the 2016-2017 season.
